Mr. Beauchamp is a Partner at Surge Private Equity. Prior to joining Surge, he was employed at glendonTodd Capital LLC, a private equity firm focused on technology-enabled business services and healthcare. While at glendonTodd, Mr. Beauchamp was responsible for leading pitches to the investment committee for current and prospective investments. Prior to joining glendonTodd, he worked on the hedge and private equity fund analysis team for Highland Capital Management L.P., a global alternative investment firm. He began his career as an Audit Associate at KPMG LLP. Mr. Beauchamp received a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master's of Accountancy from Baylor University. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant. Originally from Houston, Mr. Beauchamp enjoys playing poker and long distance running.
Mr. Sharp is a Partner at Surge Private Equity. Prior to joining Surge, he worked for The Halifax Group, a private equity firm managing over $1 billion in committed capital focused on investing into healthcare, business services, and transportation / logistics industry verticals. Prior to joining Halifax, Mr. Sharp was a healthcare services investment banker at Raymond James where he worked on sell-side advisory, initial public offering, and debt financing engagements. Mr. Sharp earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from Vanderbilt University. Originally from Kansas City, he supports the Royals, plays golf, and enjoys traveling in his spare time.

Greg Wiszniewski is an operating partner with Surge Private Equity. Currently, he works as the Chief Executive Officer of Surge’s portfolio company: Busy Bee Cleaning Services, a Manhattan based commercial janitorial services company. Mr. Wiszniewski is a serial entrepreneur having founded several successful services-based business in both the United States and Europe. He has founded three commercial janitorial services companies and has more than a decade of experience in the industry. Prior to founding Busy Bee, he operated and sold a construction logistics business. Originally from Warsaw, Poland, Mr. Wiszniewski enjoys traveling, watching soccer, and photography.
